		<description>Jon, normally I agree with your insights, but in this case you&#039;ve either missed a step or just haven&#039;t presented it here. Part of any AD&#039;s responsibilities is to establish a naming convention, or at least delegate its creation and review it. 

Even close mimickry of the format may not keep it in link with the intended pattern of the naming convention.</description>
