		<description>This may sound silly, but would Mind Manager help for this? You can attach files into the mind map by just dragging them in there. You could have a tree organization of different submissions with their respective files attached. The downside is as the mind map grows larger it may get unwieldy.</description>

 Subversion is quickly bypassing CVS as &#039;industry standard&#039; and free.  ( CVS is free too )</description>
